Great location next to a metro station, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Rich and varied breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with tea/coffee-making facilities. Convenient room service and daily cleaning. Safe luggage storage available after check-out. Budget-friendly for a couple of nights.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to a subway station, which made it easy for me to explore the city during my business trip. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, allowing me to start my day off on a delicious note.

One downside of my stay was the lack of stair access to the ground floor foyer. This meant that I had to wait for the elevator, and at times, it could be a bit of a struggle with only two working lifts for the entire hotel.

I liked staff and rooms, they were great. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed: D

This hotel in the Wilmersdorf area of Berlin offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable for the spacious rooms, which provide ample space to work and relax. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with tea and coffee facilities available in the room. The bathroom was great with a walk-in shower, and the twin beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. The convenient location, very close to the train station, made it easy to explore the city and it was just a short taxi drive from the main bus station. For breakfast, there were plenty of options to choose from, and it was included in the stay. I found the service from the staff to be friendly and attentive.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! Within a short walking distance, we had access to a variety of cafes, shopping arcades, supermarkets, and even a palace. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They spoke excellent English and went out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. It was such a relief to have such knowledgeable and accommodating staff during our stay. Lastly, the room itself was comfortable and well-furnished.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was quite expensive. We found that there were plenty of alternative options in the neighborhood that offered equally delicious breakfast at a more affordable price.

It is located in a good area for tourists, within a short taxi drive from the main bus station and close to the Bismark Strasse U-Bahn station. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with twin beds and a great bathroom with a walk-in shower. The breakfast is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was ok.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from a U-Bahn station with easy access to two lines that will take you quickly into the city. This makes it easy to explore the western center of the city or any other point you wish. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent air conditioning that allows you to adjust the temperature as desired. Free WIFI works great.

One downside to this hotel is that there is no fridge to store snacks or drinks, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

The breakfast at Leonardo Hotel was amazing! There were so many options available on the buffet, and everything tasted delicious. We were able to start our day with a satisfying meal.

The honesty of the housekeeping staff was amazing. My phone slipped under the blanket and I only realized after leaving. They found it and ensured I got it back. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Conveniently located near a shopping complex and close to U and S bahn, making it easy to explore Wansee and Potsdam. Enjoyed the variety of food and excellent bread selection for breakfast. Clean, air conditioned rooms made for a pleasant stay.

Excellent location with easy access to public transport, helpful concierges, wonderful breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms, free amenities such as shampoo and kettle, close proximity to shops and supermarkets.

Additionally, the hotel is situated just opposite the Charlottenburg palace, offering a beautiful view for guests.

very clean and well-maintained facilities. The hotel is conveniently located away from the tourist areas but is near a U-bahn station. We could easily access other parts of this city and the hotel was very close to a bus stop.
